KiD CuDi Featuring MGMT and Ratatat “Pursuit Of Happiness” Alternate Version

This is the alternate music video for the single “Pursuit Of Happiness” from musical artist KiD CuDi off his debut album “Man On The Moon” featuring MGMT and Ratatat. Checkout the new music video and look for the sophomore album from KiD CuDi entitled “Cudder and The Revolution of Evolution”. This is said to be a more accurate version for the visuals for the song and features KiD CuDi going between reality and a dreamlike state and is in our opinion a more accurate approach to the song, but we do like the video for the song featuring Drake.

Nike SB “Wallenberg” Premium Dunk Low Sneaker

If you know skateboarding than you know of the Wallenberg 4 which are the steps outside of the Raoul Wallenberg Alternative School in San Francisco. Nike SB is releasing the Wallenberg Premium Dunk Low which is based off of the iconic skate spot later this month.

Designer Bob Kronbauer talks about the Nike SB “Wallenberg” Premium Dunk Low Sneaker:

The Palm Tree at the foot of the 2nd step of the Big 4 at Raoul Wallenberg Alternative School in San Francisco has played a supporting role in skateboarding since 1990. My Nike SB Dunk Low colorway is inspired by this little tree’s “Twenty Year Anniversary” in 2010/2011. Throughout the mid 90’s the tree made in appearance in most of the best skate videos of the era. Dudes were getting tech using the bottom stair as a low ledge and the second stair as a high ledge. The tree grew. In the early 2000’s people started hucking themselves down the 4, pulling tricks that would have been impressive down the first stair ten years earlier. Over the decade the tree has grown larger, like the skating going on around it. The colorway draws a palette from the palm tree itself while utilizing hemp for the Swoosh. The white midsole represents the step and has a visible “waxed ledge” around the top of it, just like that step at Wallenberg. Lastly, the insoles each contain a pixelated image of the palm tree itself, giving a nod to all of the times it has appeared in skate videos over the years.

Eddie Izzard Custom New Balance 576

When it comes to a New Balance custom sneaker you don’t see them bending over backwards to give anybody a special pair of 576’s unless they have done something pretty remarkable. Yet leave it to famous british comedian Eddie Izzard who ran 43 marathons in just 51 days, but you know it could have been the pair of New Balance 576’s that he used to run all those miles. Sounds to us like a good marketing decision on the brands part to showcase the reliability of the popular running sneaker even under the most extreme of situations.

The running sneaker features a Sports Relief logo on the heel and has the comedians name stretched across the tongues of the sneaker and features the words “EDDIE IZ RUNNING” on the outside of the toe cap. You can see the three part documentary available through the BBC iPlayer.

Nintendo Wii Reign At The Top Of Game Consoles To End

March 4, 2010 |  by Jordan Thompson  |  Electronics, Games, News, Tech  |  No Comments

Have you bought a Nintendo Wii? To date Nintendo has sold over 70 million Wii units and the question is will they continue to keep a hold of the top spot on the coveted game console sales chart? The popular console had it’s largest sales record in December of 2009 by selling nearly 3.8 million units and has continued to see strong sales from January to February 2010, but Nintendo anticipates that the strong sales of the Wii units are steadily going to decrease of over the coming year due to the substantial amount of units that have already been sold in the marketplace.

This is not to say that the accessories and games being developed by many game developers will still be making headway in the marketplace. So it sounds like either way Nintendo will still have a strong revenue stream from it’s licensing, games and accessories sales.
